**What We Do**:
We specialise in vehicle recovery for major failure or accident, roadside repairs, mobile tyre services, mobile fuel decontamination, workshop repairs after breakdown through our own network and onward travel.

**The role**:
The position is based at the Company premises in Bishopstone Lane, Hickstead, West Sussex and involves working within the Accounts and invoicing departments. (Due to the location of our head office, own transport is required).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious team player to join us as a key member of our growing accounts department. Speed, accuracy and an eye for detail are essential as we process in excess of 200,000 transactions annually.

We invite applicants from those who consider themselves to be an "all-rounder" with a sound understanding of all financial aspects that influence a business with a turnover in excess of £20M. Someone who is happy to take responsibility and deputise for the Accounts Manager in their absence.

**Daily duties would include**:

- Carrying out daily banking reconciliation, credit card reconciliation and banking records.
- Assisting the Accounts Manager with vat processes including returns.
- Assisting the Accounts Manager with cash flow and management accounts.
- Checking and producing sales invoices and posting to the Sage Accounting system.
- Producing and posting out Monthly statements.
- Credit control of all accounts as required
- New Account set up
- Working with the Company auditors to complete annual accounts.
- Assisting the Accounts Manager with other clerical needs and deputising in their absence.
- Opening and distribution of post, and general post room duties.
- Other duties as and when required.

Pay: £15.40-£15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
