**Due to company growth the Lanes group are looking to appoint a Systems Fleet Administrator to join our growing team.**

**The job**:
The role will suit an experienced data administrator to join our fleet administration team here at Sapphire Utility Solutions, based between our Preston Offices.

The tracking system will provide information on location, vehicle compliance, fuel management as well as other features. The images will show in-attentive drivers and will issue alerts which will remind drivers to focus on the road. The system also raises issues in relation to driving offences including mobile phone usage etc.

The role will include managing the data coming through and checking for overall accuracy, changing, amending data etc.

Raising abnormalities with department heads to ensure that staff with vehicles are adhering to policies in relation to using the tracking system correctly. Ensuring that reports for management/directors are created through the system and distributed within defined deadlines (daily, weekly & monthly)

Pulling information through onto other reports including Powerpoint presentations

**About you**:

- Strong IT skills including excel ideally PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to converse with people at all levels.
- Data management skills
- Organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions and ideas to issues.
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate with others
