**SEN Classroom Assistant**

**- Location - Stechford (B33)**

**- Start date - ASAP**

**- Hours: Full-time, 8:30am to 3:30pm daily**

**- Salary - £75-£90**

Are you a proactive SEN Primary School Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with SEN needs? Are you looking to further your career within SEN in a Primary School?

Balfor Education are currently recruiting for hard-working, confident Classroom Assistants to work in KS 1, in a welcoming and friendly primary school in the B33 area. A great opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, the roles are flexible, part-time, full-time, to start ASAP, and will potentially continue for one full academic year.

**This role will involve**:

- Planning SEN resources and activities that meet child’s IEP targets.
- Perform Personal Care
- Support children with autism and complex learning difficulties
- Supporting Non-verbal EYFS students
- Carrying out tailored assessments and recording results
- Assisting in the daily routines for the child
- Working with child on range of learning and play activities, indoors and outdoors.
- Liaising with parents

**To be eligible for this role you must**:

- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate (can be obtained during registration)
- Provide two professional references covering the past 2 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £75.00-£90.00 per day
