We are looking for skilled Butchers to join our existing team on our busy production lines. We would love to add you to our fantastic team, so if you feel you have what we are looking for please get in touch.

**Previous experience**:

- De boning (take off all meats from bones)
- Stock control
- Trimming and preparation of the meat production process
- Hygiene (Our perfect Butcher will maintain Health & Safety, hygiene and food quality standards)
- Health and safety (You must to work with health and safety requirements)
- Working as a team to ensure the production runs quickly and efficiently
- Flexibility ( Work on different lines and areas where required)

- Able to use own initiative
- Competent knife skills
