A hugely successful Banbury based company are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Coordinator to join their tea, reporting into the HSE Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Support department heads with the delivery of site risk assessment processes including overall risk assessment, fire risk assessments, COSHH assessments, task specific risk assessments, manual handling assessments, environmental assessments
- Ensure inspections and audits are fully compliant with current legislation and requirements, reporting information to the business with recommendations for resolutions or improvments
- Provide support for the investigation of all accidents, near misses, illnesses and emergency responses and ensure that corrective, preventative actions and controls are implemented, reporting out externally as required
- Working closely with all department heads to provide accurate and current SHE advice to ensure adherance to company requirements and regulatory standards/legislation
- Support the creation and maintenance of HSE policies as well as providing support to the Health & Safety & Environment committee
- Support with the provision and delivery of SHE related training

**Requirements**:

- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Environmental qualification such as NEBOSH or IEMA desirable
- Membership of a professional body (IOSH, IEMA etc) or equivalent experience in Health, Safety and Environmental
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Internal Audit experience
