Teach195. are working with 2 primary schools in the Wollaton area of Nottingham who are looking for Behaviour Mentors / Pastoral Teaching Assistants to join their teams after Easter.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Mentors to join our team. As a Mentor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to pupils in need. This is a paid position that offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of some of the most vulnerable children within society.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide mentorship and guidance to individuals, helping them develop essential life skills
- Assist with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other team members
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques as needed
- Collaborate with other agencies, and other professionals to create comprehensive plans for individuals
- Offer tutoring and academic support as required

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively
- Experience in physical education or sports coaching is beneficial
