Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

you will also be required to do some waiting and bar work

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, providing outstanding customer service
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.44-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
