**Job Description: Mastic Man / Handyman**

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Carpenter in Torbay, Devon who is available to start immediately.

**About the job**:

- Full refurbishment and fit-out of social housing and flats.
- Monday - Friday, 08:00 am - 16:30 pm
- £20 Per hour
- 9 Months' worth of projects - Lots of work available
- Own Tools Essential

**About you**:

- Conduct thorough inspections to identify areas in need of mastic repair or maintenance, and promptly address any issues.
- Collaborate with the project team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Assist with general site maintenance tasks, including preparing surfaces, cleaning work areas, and organizing materials and equipment.

We are looking for someone who is well-versed in a Mastic Role but is willing to partake in Labouring and general handyman roles as part of the wider team.
