**Sub Agent**

**Location**: Southeast London

**Duration**: 6 months (Rolling)

**Contract position**: Inside IR35 Via Umbrella Company PAYE (No CIS)

My client is looking for a Sub Agent to join their team on a major project based in the East London area. The ideal Sub Agent will have a background in Heavy Civils, previous work on TFL projects, Depot Builds, ground works or concrete structures on majorprojects.

**Sub Agent Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Agent and supporting in delivering work on site.
- Plan the work and efficiently organise site operations in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines
- Check drawings and quantities
- Liaise with any consultants and sub-contracts engaged in the project as necessary
- Supervise and monitor the site labour force and monitor the work of any site staff
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- Undertake the testing and calibration of instruments used
- Demonstrable experience on design and build projects

**Requirements**:

- Previously worked as Sub Agent or in a similar position
- Previous experience with TFL projects, Depot Builds, ground works or concrete structures.
- Major infrastructure project experience (heavy civil project experience would be beneficial)
- HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent.
- Confident with engineering paperwork (RAMS)
- Hold a valid CSCS card
- Ensure compliance with designs
