Junior Project Manager - Full Time - Contract - Hybrid
About the role
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be supporting the profitable growth of our client's business by supporting the delivery of day-to-day elements for the Metro Fibre deployment programmes. You will be liaising with various stakeholders and teams such asfibre contractors and field managers to ensure delivery dates are met. Operating within an agile environment, the implementation of the fibre will also need to be delivered within a time and cost efficient method, whilst monitoring risks and teams who areinvolved.

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their Network strategy & Engineering (CITO) Team, please read on You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Shifts: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
The must haves:

- Experience of operating at a senior level preferably in a technical or project management related role.
- Significant experience of project management techniques including planning, resource allocation, prioritisation and escalation.
- Understanding of change management procedures.
- Stakeholder management experience.

Other stuff we're potentially looking for:

- Previous exposure within Telecommunications/Fibre environments.
- Experience of large-scale fibre and civils field delivery managing external partners.
- Knowledge of fibre optic networks.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- A high level of organisational ability.

- A day rate, in-scope IR35, of £234.82 per day (PAYE) OR £300.00 per day (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
