**Overview of role**:
**Company**:Allied Bakeries**Location: Stockport**Key Accountabilities**:

- Safety always comes first at Allied Bakeries, so we are looking for someone to lead by example in ensuring that Health and Safety is our number one priority, and someone who is able to engage others to think and behave safely at all times.-
- Key duties will include:
- Accurately and efficiently process all Fleet and general administration including data input onto Fleet Management system.
- To comply with laid down safety procedures, highlighting any non compliance issues to the VMU Manager/FLM.
- To provide administration support when required.
- To comply with all company procurement, stock holding and financial regulations and procedures.
- To administer fuel management system as required.
- To work flexibly in carrying out any other duties as required.
- To ensure compliance of the following Vehicle Road Fund Licence MOT Certificate and O-Licence.

**The Right Person**:

- Essential- You need to be well organised and able to accurately process large volumes of data in a timely manner
- It is essential you are a team player and a good communicator and are able to remain calm and focused when working under pressure.
- Able to work well on your own and use your time effectively to ensure scheduled work is completed in the allocated time.
- Desirable- Previous experience of working in a busy vehicle maintenance operation together with experience of using a Computerised Fleet Management Systems would be advantageous however full training will be given.
