The role

You are responsible for being the first voice and face of our homes. To provide outstanding levels of customer service on the telephone, electronically and face to face. To provide information about Woodlands, Hill Brow, Hill House and Farnham Mill to the general public, relatives, residents, other professionals and colleagues to instigate a calm and efficient administration & service to all, creating a happy atmosphere in our homes entrance hall.

We are looking for someone who can;
- Make our residents happy
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls professionally and in a timely fashion
- Producing daily reports - i.e. handover notes, communication meeting notes etc for the homes manager
- Be proactive, maintain good communication within the team, promote positive working cultures
- Support management by delivering high standards of presentation in the front of house areas
- Maintain our strict infection control procedures at our home entrance
- Enrich the lives of the residents in the home and their families, by being part of the team that provides excellent personalised care

We would like you;
- To be an experienced administrator or front of house receptionist
- To have received or be knowledgeable in Customer Service skills
- To always work to a personal ethos of ‘do your best to be the best’
- To be computer literate i.e. familiar with microsoft outlook/excel/websites
- To have empathy for our residents, treat them as if they were your own family
- Be happy to communicate well with all others
- To have the ability to work well in a team

Skills/Qualifications:

- Knowledge of administration and clerical procedures
- Competency in computers and relevant software
- Good customer care skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Professional manor
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: From £13.35 per hour
