**About the role**

We’re searching for an **Asset Information Officer** to join our friendly and hard-working team at A2Dominion. You will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Asset Information Team in the provision of services to the wider organisation including managing data and systems.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Monitor and report on the condition, relevance and quality of data held by Information Systems and take appropriate steps to correct conflicting data and errors.
- Assist in and support the provision of internal consultancy services providing high levels of customer service to all customers.
- Manage and maintain the correct allocation of assets to properties and assets to maintenance contractors ensuring that supplier and contractor systems are robustly reconciled.
- Ensure that asset data and management practices comply with relevant regulations, standards and policies.
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for reducing costs and improving service delivery through analysis of data and information.
- To update and maintain systems data in line with business requirements.
- To lead with the design and implementation of mini-projects and service improvement activities
- Other ad-hoc administrative and data analysis type projects.
- Establish and develop effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders of A2Dominion ensuring data and processes are fit for purpose

**More about you**:
For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following:

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)
- Understanding of property management preferably in a Housing Association environment.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Systems and software such as CRM Dynamics, Power BI and Excel
- Good administrative skills with experience of problem solving, interpreting, analysing and presenting numerical data
- Demonstrable experience of taking a proactive approach to new and existing challenges.
