West Hertfordshire Community Respiratory Service provided by CLCH NHS Trust is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic respiratory support worker to work in association with qualified physiotherapy and nursing staff. The role is to provide pulmonary rehabilitation within a community setting and specific physical therapies within patients own home.

It is essential that you possess excellent communication skills and have experience of working within a healthcare setting. Excellent IT skills are also required for new virtual ways of communicating with patients / staff and being able to collate data. The West Herts Pulmonary Rehabilitation programme is proud to be an accredited service through the Royal College of Physicians and holds quality and team working as core values.

- This post is to work within a multidisciplinary respiratory team to deliver the Community respiratory service in West Hertfordshire.
- To work in association with qualified physiotherapy and nursing staff to provide an integrated service for patients in the area of pulmonary rehabilitation within the community and to implement and progress agreed planned treatment programmes for patients within their own homes.
