Church Evangelist for Youth

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Church Evangelist for Youth. This role is vital in reaching out to the younger members of our congregation and guiding them in their spiritual journey. As a Church Evangelist for Youth, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and help them grow in their faith.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement programs and activities that engage and inspire youth
- Lead youth Bible studies, discussions, and prayer groups
- Mentor and provide guidance to youth in their personal and spiritual development
- Collaborate with other church leaders to integrate youth into the larger church community
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and volunteers
- Provide pastoral care and support to youth facing challenges or crises

Church Evangelist for Youth

The Church will need to employ one Church Evangelist for youth church in the Milton Keynes Church Branch to engage in the day-to-day evangelism for youth, able preach in youth church, do door to door Evangelism for youth and do Street and Community Evangelism for Youth. Carry out church regular worship for Youth. follow up on evangelism and counselling for youth in the community and liaise directly with the Senior Pastor to engage in youth outreaches for the church. Carry out Evangelism trips for Youth, Preaching, Praying and do bible study for youth. Conduct water baptism and its lessons for youth. Evangelism Prayer and conduct vigil prayers for youth. Organise Evangelism meetings. Do yearly church Planning for youth evangelism. Conduct holy communion for Youth.

Experience
- Previous experience working with children or youth in a church or similar setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young people
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies for youth programs
- Ability to educate youth on biblical principles in a relatable manner

**Salary**: £17,500.00-£18,000.00 per year
