Novus Search is working with a new and exciting recruitment brand in **Bishop's Stortford**, with a focus on the **Blockchain** and **AI** markets. This company is **part of an award-winning recruitment group**, with offices in London, Manchester, Dublin, Boston and LA.

**Requirements**:

- **Sales experience** is preferred, but is not a necessity
- A strong **work ethic** - you will receive full training on the job itself, so for now you just need to _**want **_to be successful
- A **positive mental attitude**:

- Good **interpersonal** skills. Your role will be predominantly phone based, you must be happy and willing to speak to people of all experience levels, forming good **relationships** that will lead to sales.
- **Resilience** This job will get tough at times, especially as a trainee, you need to be able to brush it off and keep pushing to earn money

**Responsibilities**:

- Your role as a trainee will typically start as a **180** **Recruitment Consultant**, you will be introduced to accounts and given roles to work on whilst you learn the ropes.
- As you progress, you'll move into a **360 Recruitment Consultant **position, this will involve **business development**, **lead generation**, negotiating **fees** and closing your own **deals**
- You will receive **full training** on the job for all aspects of the role - don't worry, you will be working alongside some **extremely successful** recruitment consultants who will show you the ropes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
