Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with children and youth in educational and recreational activities
- Patrol around the targeted communities to find young people to engage with
- Provide mentorship and guidance to help youth develop essential life skills
- Assist in planning and implementing programs that promote positive youth development
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a safe and supportive environment for youth
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of youth participants
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding the progress and well-being of the youth

**Skills**:

- Experience working with children or youth in educational or mentoring roles
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish rapport with youth from diverse backgrounds
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the growth and development of young individuals

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
