Role: Payroll Administrator

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

**Salary**: £28,000 - £32,000 + study support

Hybrid: 3 days in the office, parking available

This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and innovative firm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Completing start to finish payrolls, and managing your own portfolio of clients
- Managing and processing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly and monthly payrolls
- Collating and actioning calculations concerning additions and deductions to gross pay
- Inputting, checking and processing new starters and leavers for clients
- Producing all wage slips
- Collating and actioning statutory payments

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in an accountancy practice / bureau or processing high volumes
- Sage 50Cloud or Iris Star experience
- Experience in identifying, investigating and resolving discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Motivated to deliver and extraordinary service and will have a proactive approach
