Are you a hands on Trades Supervisor? Have you directly managed trades staff including Carpenters and Plumbers to complete works in domestic properties?

A client in the East Midlands is looking for a Voids Supervisor to assist on a 6 month temporary basis, with the chance of extension.

**Duties of the Voids Maintenance Supervisor include**:

- Managing a team of around 5-7 Property Services Engineers to deliver service requirements, including planning workloads
- Ensuring that properties are repaired to the companies lettable standard and returned to the lettings team ready to let in the shortest time possible
- Conducting pre and post inspections
- Monitoring and directly controlling the use of other resources including materials, plant, vehicles, hand held devices etc
- Operating and maintaining safety management systems in accordance with the requirements of companies Health & Safety policies
- Management of Trades staff
- Full driving licence (Van can be provided)
