**Job Title**: Senior Creative

**Salary**: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

**Working Pattern**: Full-time, Hybrid

**Location**: Harpenden, Hertfordshire

**Summary**:
A leading marketing agency, operating locally and internationally, helping small businesses and large franchises with digital and creative marketing challenges, is looking for an experienced Senior Creative with 8+ years of experience in traditional anddigital design.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Deliver projects of all sizes in print, digital, branding, typography, photography and film
- Come up with creative concepts and take through to the final execution
- Roll out creative work across all marketing channels
- Support photoshoots and art direction
- Take client briefs and form assessments to feedback to them
- Collaborate with the account teams
- Present to clients with the touch of "selling" the ideas

**Skills required**:

- 8 years of experience in traditional and digital design
- Worked in a fast-paced agency
- Designed for well-known brands
- Solid understanding of branding, tonality, positioning and identity
- Advantage to have skills in film and art direction, frontend (HTML, CSS) and understanding the customer journey
