I have a number of full-time and part-time, long-term positions available for a Teaching Assistant in this school committed to learning for pupils who have a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. This is likely to become a permanent teaching assistant position.

**About the role**:
Children are encouraged to develop the core skills needed in life and learning in this amazing environment. They have access to a range of onsite activities including forest school, hydrotherapy, jacuzzi, music therapy, trampolining and benefit from large grounds to play on. Offsite activities include horse-riding

The school provides an inclusive, flexible learning programme that engages children through their school journey. They are very proud of the emphasis they place on creativity and welcome teaching assistants from a range of educational, care and support work backgrounds.

School hours for a teaching assistant are Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 3:30, term-time only. Start date is after Easter.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant (SEND) you will:

- Be enthusiastic and reliable
- Have the ability to work with children with a range of additional and complex needs
- Be patient and resilient

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Some experience of working with children or in the care sector
