Nursery Cook

We are looking for a motivated, friendly, responsible cook to work in our nursery to cover a maternity cover From January 2023 onwards
Working from 8am to 1pm you will organise, prepare and cook a healthy, balanced diet for children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the nursery menus. To take into consideration those children who have dietary requirements and prepare a suitable alternative. Ensure high levels of hygiene, health and safety is maintained in the kitchen at all times.
A Level two qualification in Food Safety
To have knowledge and understanding of environmental health regulations
A knowledge and understanding of health and safety
A knowledge and understanding of infection control.
A knowledge and understanding of healthy eating
To have an awareness of nutritional needs of young children
If successful you will be required to gain a PVG

25 hours per week
