**Housekeeper / Domestic Assistant '“ 37.5 hours | Spire South Bank, Worcester | permanent | Full Time | £19,305 per annum FTE + Extensive Benefits**

Spire South Bank are expanding the scope of services we offer our patients and as such we're looking for a Housekeeper / Domestic Assistant to join our friendly team. This role will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service to all patients, consultants, NHS partners, staff and visitors.

This position is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours, completing 5 shifts Monday '“ Sunday on a rota shared equally amongst the team. Shifts are either generally 07.00-15.00 or 13.00 '“ 21.00. Please note flexibility will be required.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Responding to any ad-hoc requests from patients to ensure their comfortable stay
- Assisting the housekeeping teams with day-to-day duties
- Making sure patients feel they are receiving a first class service at all times

**Who we're looking for**:

- A customer service-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential

About the Team: Spire South Bank Hospital has over 30 years' experience providing quality private healthcare to patients from Worcestershire, Herefordshire north Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds and the West Midlands. We work with some of the areas' most experienced consultant surgeons, anaesthetists and physicians to deliver fast access to consultations, diagnostics and personalised care.
