We are looking for two female Community Support Workers who will provide companionship and support to two ladies whom have mental health conditions in Manchester

You will be Supporting the individuals to do the things they want to do such as going for walks, having a coffee, shopping, going swimming, whilst helping them to build up life skills and more. The possibilities are endless.

2-3 hours per day, mainly afternoons, however some flexibility will be required according to the needs of the clients.

You must have:

- Full UK Driving License (milage paid)
- Access to own vehicle
- 1 years experience in Community Mental health.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Familiarity with providing senior and dementia care

As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals in need. Your duties will include:

- Implementing behavior management strategies to support clients
- Administering first aid when necessary
- Assisting with medication administration as per guidelines
- Delivering compassionate patient care
- Supporting seniors in assisted living facilities
- Providing specialized dementia care

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
