**Job Title: Global Mobility Specialist**
**Location: Maidenhead or Shoreditch (Hybrid - 2/3 days per week onsite)**
**Duration: 12 months contract initially**
**Duties**:
- Serve as the single point of contact for global HR business partners, talent partners and hiring managers for domestic and international relocations and assignments.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to employees as needed
- Create cost projections for assignments and permanent transfers by working with relocation management firm, expatriate tax firm and other 3rd party data providers.
- Draft relocation agreements and international assignment letters of understanding that adhere to Client’s Global Mobility policies and administer the various complexities of international assignments including year-end compensation accumulation, deliveryof allowances and proper payroll tracking and reporting.
- Work on assignment tax matters with Client's tax partner and serve as primary contact for assignees on basic tax questions relating to mobility.
- Liaise with Client's payroll teams with respect to domestic and international payroll transactions and support the annual tax equalization reconciliation process.
- Process global mobility related invoices as needed Develop and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team, customers, clients and all service partners though timely, accurate and professional communication.
- Provide recommendations to enhance the program at both local and global levels.
**Skills**:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a global mobility role Must possess a strong understanding of the complexities of global mobility that touches EMEA.
- Solid understanding of international HR, international compensation and benefits, tax and EMEA immigration practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management, planning and organizational skills.
- High level of professionalism, personal integrity and dependability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Knowledge of expatriate payroll, tax and benefit management preferred.
- Ability to work independently and deliver on multiple competing priorities.
- Must possess the ability to understand the downstream HR, financial, systems and customer service implications of actions taken.
