New Era is recruiting an enthusiastic and proactive community engagement worker to join its Engagement Hub team supporting individuals to reduce barriers to engagement, move towards work or training and to reach their full potential.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a progressive team in the community and with partners to deliver project/services across East Lancashire.

This varied role works with individuals and families, liaises with other services, and supports long and lasting positive change in participants lives. You will have a passion for helping others and a clear vision of how to support others as they journey towards their more positive future.
