You probably already have the skills you need to make a great Care Assistant, but we will teach you everything you need to know with our industry-leading training.

- Regular support, training, and supervision
- Excellent pay rates (Inclusive of Holiday Pay):
- Day Time £13.00
- Evening £13.50
- Weekends £15.00
- Be part of a great team of amazing Care Assistants
- Mileage allowance 35p/Mile
- We do a minimum of 1-hour calls (95%) - This means more care time with our lovely clients.
- Sufficient travel time between clients - calculated by google maps

Right at Home Oxford covers Oxford and surrounding areas.
**Duties will include**:
- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
- Shopping
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Taking Clients for appointments or outings
**Requirements of a** Care Assistant:
- Be available for early mornings/evenings/alternate weekends
- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle
- Have a genuine passion to want to help others
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
