_Wainfleet Care Home offers residential care to 43 residents and offers the perfect combination of care and independence. At Halcyon Care, we firmly believe in respecting the dignity of our residents, providing freedom of choice in daily routines and activities._
- We are currently looking for a care assistants - 3 day shifts 7am - 2pm or 2pm-9pm_

Principal Responsibilities
- Be familiar with and work in accordance with the homes policies and procedures.
- Assist residents in a manner to promote independence and involvement, respect resident’s rights, choices and beliefs, and achieves positive outcomes. To ensure care is provided in accordance with the resident’s care plan.
- Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the Manager/Senior Care Assistant.
- Respond to requests from residents either by staff alert or other means of communication in a positive, polite and helpful manner.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Accept duties as delegated provided these are within the scope of the individual.
- Contribute to the development of the home by attendance at staff meetings and involvement in team discussion.
- Complete the training program which is drawn up annually.
- Be a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
