**The Job**

We have a new position available to join our Customer Services department at Invivo to help our clients and grow our expanding company by providing a professional and friendly service. The role is varied and busy. Please see details below:

- **Individual Responsibilities**_
- Complete customer service tasks in a timely manner to ensure consistent and prompt service to our customers.
- Processing goods returned packages by returning goods to stock, contacting the clients, arranging refunds and any corresponding paperwork where necessary and in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties on an ad-hoc basis to ensure business continuity.
- Consistently provide accurate, valid and complete information in all aspects of the role by selecting and using the appropriate methods and tools.
- Accurately maintaining and updating customer records across our computer systems.
- Making outbound welcome calls to newly registered Health Care Providers.
- Assist the Laboratory Services team with data entry onto various information platforms to ensure the information on test samples is as up to date. Complete customer service tasks in a timely manner to ensure consistent and prompt service to our customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
