**Salary**:£50,000 - **£60,000***

The IT Project Manager will work within the projects team managing both large and small internal and external infrastructure and software development projects following system and software development lifecycle, addressing commercial, operational and organisationalissues and requirements.

?As IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering technical projects that typically are a combination of outsourced service provision, process re-engineering and IT solutions delivery, focussing on lasting business performance and improvement.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for managing major infrastructure and software delivery projects and changes through to successful delivery, following system implementation and software delivery lifecycle, liaising with colleagues, maintaining documentation, progress reportingand managing costs
- Working with other Project Managers and technical leads to deliver on time and to budget
- Responsible for producing and maintaining detailed project documentation including project plans, RAID logs etc. Leading on project meetings, from kick off to go live, liaising with internal teams, customers and 3rd parties
- Be fully cognizant of statements of work and scope definition of projects and use these to control delivery of projects to customer and company expectations, time, cost and quality
- For each project, develop a detailed understanding of the project solution, our services and operational requirements needed to deliver a service that is fit for purpose and encourages customers to grow their business with our company and be a referenceto other customers
- Establish strong business relationships at all levels and employ effective project governance that enables effective engagement and communication including escalation with of all levels of customer, supplier and internal teams building and maintaining mutualrespect and trust
- Establish strong financial control and tracking of projects to ensure early identification of over and underspends and risk to margin realisation

- ?Experience of delivering technical solutions, managing the software development lifecycle, implementing bespoke software, understanding technical requirements and deliverables
- Excellent IT skills: Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
- Experience of Project Management tooling e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheets etc
- Experience of working in both PRINCE 2 and Agile Project environments
