**Picking and Packing Operative - Rugby - £11.59 p/h**

Montgomery Distribution are seeking a Picking and Packing Operative to join the team at their site based in Rugby.

Established in 1970, Montgomery Transport Group is one of Europe's leading suppliers of logístical services. The company is a privately-owned business, part of the Ballyvesey Holdings Group that has grown significantly in recent years, now providing a diverse range of Logistics Services throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.

**Main Duties**:

- Packing & checking of orders.
- Preparing boxes for dispatch.
- Attaching Labels and invoices to boxes/packs ready for dispatch
- Adhere to health and safety procedures.
- Ensuring that the workspace is maintained and kept clean and tidy.
- Ability to work externally and on own initiative.
- FLT counterbalance licence desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Keen eye for details
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Professional and able to multitask
- IT literate

**Hours**
- Monday to Friday
- 50 Hours a week
- 08:00 - 18:00

**Salary**: £11.59 per hour
