Plater Welder

**Salary: £15 ph**
**Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire**

**Hours: 7.30 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 7:30 - 14:30 Friday.**
**Overtime Available.**
**33 Days Holiday**
**Permanent Full Time Role.**
Our client has been established for More than 100 years to service the engineering needs of Yorkshire. They offer support to a diverse process industry. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Plater to join an established company, and well driven teamwith whom they can meet customer requirements to a very high standard.
**The Key Duties and Experience required of the Plater Welder**:

- Thick gauge welding with a variety of materials
- MIG and TIG Welding
- Must have a background working on heavy structural steel.
- Must have experience in fabrication of steel products.
- Must have the ability to work from both drawings and instructions.
- Must have an eye for fabricating varied bespoke and one-off products.
- Must be able to work on own initiative.
- Able to work effectively as an individual or as part of a team.
- Must have the ability to understand drawings in order to work from them.
- Must be health and safety conscious.
- Must be a dependable individual.
