You should possess:
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal with attention to detail
- Good computer skills with a willingness to learn the IT systems within the practice
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and also independently
- The ability to be able to work flexibly in order to meet the needs of the practice. This includes assisting with overtime, as required, at times of staff absence
- The ability to enjoy assisting members of the public
- The ability to be professional in their approach at all times
- An understanding of patient confidentiality
