We are looking for a Project Support Administrator to be based at our Head Office in Heage, Derbyshire, on a permanent basis. Hours are negotiable - we are flexible on how these are spread throughout the week. The role will involve visiting projects across the country regularly to support our project delivery teams.

**Duties of the Role**:

- To carry out high quality administrative duties in a timely manner and contribute to the professional and efficient running of our sites.
- Ensuring excellent customer service to the team.
- Input of information onto B&K standard construction industry contract documentation packages (Biosite, Smartwaste, RDrive and Wallet Wallet).
- Management of contract documentation using ViewPoint 4 Projects.
- Production of minutes, notices, information, newsletters and letters.
- Support in the completion and updating of live contract documents.
- Supporting meetings and events: planning, rooming, greeting visitors, taking minutes and following up actions.
- Logging and registering goods in and out of site.
- Support of core site functions and any other duties such as filing, photocopying and managing consumables and hospitality.

**Key Skills & Experience Required**:

- Previous experience working in an administration role.
- Able to work autonomously and use own initiative.
- Willingness to travel to site locations as necessary.
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, as well as an ability to adapt to use of new systems (training will be provided).
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Minimum of Maths & English GCSE grade C.
- A team player who is able to accommodate a certain level of flexibility, in line with requirements of the site team.
