**Ultrasound Diagnostic Imaging Assistant**

We are currently seeking a dedicated Ultrasound Diagnostic Imaging Assistant to join our friendly ultrasound team in Lincolnshire. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our ultrasound diagnostic imaging services.

You will support our Sonographers in delivering safe and efficient patient care. Your responsibilities include transporting ultrasound equipment, maintaining stock levels, managing patient data, and ensuring a clean clinical environment. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with patients professionally, confirming accurate patient identification.
- Assist the sonographers in providing high-quality patient care.
- Transport ultrasound equipment safely and maintain stock levels.
- Ensure timely and secure transfer of patient image data.
- Assist with patient undressing, dressing, and manual handling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness in scan rooms and waiting areas.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report malfunctions.
- Upload images to the PACS system at the end of each clinic.
- Adhere to DHC protocols, policies, and information governance standards.

**Requirements**:

- Able to provide excellent customer service to create positive patient experiences
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
