**PE Teacher - Biggleswade**

Teaching Personnel are searching for an enthusiastic, encouraging, and knowledgeable PE Teacher to join our partner school in Biggleswade as a PE Teacher with an immediate start. The school is a mixed comprehensive for students aged 13-19 that boasts incrediblefacilities including a new science centre. Biggleswade lies on the A1 and mainline railway, making it an ideal town for commuting into London (35 min to King's Cross).Other centres of employment include Cambridge, Bedford, Stevenage, Milton Keynes and Peterborough.Each of these towns and cities are accessible within 45 min travel time from Biggleswade

**The Role**

As a PE Teacher you will provide practical and theoretical lessons on a variety of sports. You will be tasked with:

- Delivering PE lesson to KS3 and KS4 pupils
- Supporting school sports teams with training sessions
- ASAP start
- Full-time position
- Initial contract until Easter with potential for extension / permanent
- Pay negotiable upon experience and qualifications

The school are looking for either:

- A Fully Qualified Teacher of PE **
OR
- A sports coach with a track record of teaching sports to Secondary age pupils
- Applications from NQT / ECT’s are welcome

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
