Senior Associate

**My client is searching for a Senior Associate / Associate Director for their Private Client department in York, North Yorkshire.**

- My client is a well-established legal practice with offices in Hull and York. They have an enviable reputation for high quality legal work, specialising in commercial, corporate, commercial property, private client and compensation law.

**The role**:

- We are seeking an ambitious and well-connected individual to help grow our Private Client services within our York office. You will be afforded autonomy to build and grow this area within the York and North Yorkshire area.
- Qualified Solicitor or FILEX (Approx. 10 - 15 years PQE)
- STEP qualification would be an advantage, but not essential
- Able to lead a broad range of Private Client work
- Experience of dealing with high-net-worth clients and complex estates would be advantageous
- Strong people management skills and/or supervisory experience
- Commercially minded with business development skills to support plans for growth and to develop your own career.
- Excellent technical, IT, client care and communication skills
- Self-motivated and professional
- A passion to build and maintain strong client relationships
- An effective practical approach to your workload with a good experience of handling own files from start to finish
