**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of three years' experience in caregiving, with a focus on Down syndrome care.
- Preferably holds UK Care Standards Certificates and relevant caregiving qualifications.
- Proven track record in coordinating caregivers to ensure effective care delivery.
- Expertise in developing and implementing personalized care plans covering dietary, medication, and medical coordination aspects.
- Demonstrates compassion, empathy, and understanding towards individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills essential for interacting with individuals, healthcare professionals, and family members.

**Duties**:

- Provide personalized care for an adult with Down syndrome, dislocated hip, and partial blindness.
- Coordinate and oversee caregivers, managing schedules, training, and supervision for consistent care provision.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Develop nutritional meal plans meeting individual requirements and offer mealtime assistance.
- Administer prescribed medications and medical treatments, maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate medical appointments, therapies, and healthcare services, advocating for individual needs and preferences.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor health, mobility, and well-being, adjusting care plans accordingly.
- Develop emergency plans and risk management strategies to ensure safety and well-being.
- Stay updated on caregiving best practices, regulations, and guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £5.00-£10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
