**We are on the look out for a new Team Leader to assist our existing Warehouse Supervisor with the leadership of the afternoon / early evening Warehouse Operation of a busy Transport Business.**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Assisting in the leading of the PM Warehouse Operation, under the direct supervision of the PM Warehouse Supervisor. Also acting as Holiday cover for Warehouse Supervisor when necessary.
- Assist in ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently by all Warehouse Team and ensuring all Trunk vehicles leave the Depot on time.
- Other Warehouse duties, including but not limited to:

- Loading and unloading parcels weighing up to 30kg._
- Checking weights and delivery services are correct on parcels (audit / relabel if necessary)._
- Use hand held scanner to scan parcels that are being loaded onto the track._
- Build and wrap Pallets of customer freight._
- Undertake general housekeeping duties in the Warehouse in order to ensure a clean, healthy and safe working environment is maintained._

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Flexibility depending on Operational needs of the Business.
- Adaptability within a fast-paced working environment, whilst always maintaining a Professional demeanour.
- Strong leadership skills, experience preferred but not essential.
- Current Driving Licence with experience driving Mercedes Sprinter Vans preferred but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
