**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
Your role would require you to support individuals live their best lives possible all of whom share the same home, which is 2 large 2 story building which has lots of public transport links.
Within this role you are required to support people ranging 18 to 65 years old All of whom love getting involved in the below activities.
- Local walks
- Shopping
- football
- Rugby
- Arts & crafts
They all have their own likes and dislikes and will require you to respect this and support them to live their best lives possible.
Our staff team are great, and support the people we support to:
- Maintain their homes
- Maintain relationships with family and friends
- Support with eating
- Administering medication
- Enjoy an active social life
- Planning days out
In order to support them to have the Best Life Possible, our team have specialist training in management of potential aggression, Autism, Emergency First Aid Safeguarding Adults, Duty of Care, MCA and DOLs.
You will be willing to take the time to get to know us and communicate clearly so we know what's happening. It's important that you're reliable and that we have common interests, but you also need to be able to get on with the rest of the team.
