We are currently recruiting for an experienced, passionate and outgoing Cocktail Bartender/Mixologist for our client's restaurant based in Central London.
Based in a high quality, fine dining restaurant, the bar produces a wide variety of classic cocktails, champagne cocktails and speciality cocktails as well as the usual spirits and wines.
In this role, you will be an experienced Cocktail Bartender or Mixologist with a passion and knowledge of making cocktails and drinks. You will be naturally friendly and outgoing as the role is customer facing. You will be able to produce cocktails with flairand panache.
- be an experienced Bartender/Mixologist with cocktail making experience
- have worked within a restaurant, bar or cocktail bar
- have knowledge of and be able to make classic cocktails
- be friendly, outgoing and professional
- have exceptional communication and customer service skills
- be enthusiastic with a positive can do attitude
