**Salary**: £35,000 + dependant on experience
**What you’ll be doing**:
Manage activities in support of delivery of the Category activity including data management, record keeping, etc.
Act as the focal point for the Category within an allocated line of business(s) ensuring all actions are discharged in delivery of the service required.
Management of any Contractual changes for the category where required.
Support Supplier Management activities for the Category Suppliers.
Provide ad-hoc support to all supplier related activities including communications, audits, training and query resolution.
Provide data reporting to support category management in line with agreed reporting timescales.
Identification of Procurement savings and opportunities for continuous improvement in the category.
**Your skills and experiences**:
Possess a good standard of Procurement competence in key areas of Sourcing process knowledge, Contracting Skills, Financial Awareness, and Supplier Management
IT procurement experience desired
Stakeholder management engagement
Be confident in providing clear guidance to others in terms of general Indirect Procurement requirements.
CIPS or MCIPS is desirable but not essential
