We are seeking to appoint a highly passionate Youth Minister to join our Forerunner Youth Ministry team and support the religious and faith mission of Worth School.

**Typical Forerunner responsibilities would include**:

- Delivering programmes of evangelisation to all Year groups
- Discipling your designated house through.
- Contributing to our culture of discipleship through prayer, pastoral presence and mentoring with both pupils and staff.
- Raising up student leaders.

**What we are looking for**:
**Essential**:

- Practising Christian with sympathetic view towards the Catholic Faith and teachings of the Roman Catholic Church (as laid out in the Forerunner Commitment which is available on request)
- Experience working in youth ministry

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Formal qualification in either theology or youth work/ministry
- Experience of working in a secondary school environment
- Experience of running Alpha
- Experience of delivering Catholic RSE
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
