**Job overview**:
This opportunity will see you working with the Resourcing Advisor and Resourcing Team Leaders to help support the Recruitment & Resourcing team to continuously improve and strive for performance excellence.

Combining your track record of successful project management with your experience of recruitment, you will help lead on projects that will transform the speed and quality of the recruitment and selection processes.

**Main duties of the job**:
The post holder will be responsible for working alongside the Resourcing Advisor to support the Resourcing Team Leaders to enable the Resourcing team to provide a professional, responsive and comprehensive resourcing service for the NCA. The creation of an environment through which the team continuously improve and strive to deliver an excellent service is a key element of the role.

You will lead on compliance reporting and system developments, working with the Resourcing Team Leaders to ensure the service is consistently delivered to a high standard and is in line with our service KPIs.

Working closely with key stakeholders and the Resourcing team you will look to identify opportunities to implement processes / solutions that will improve the speed and quality of the recruitment and selection process.

You will support on policy development and ensuring that resourcing practices are kept up to date, efficient, modern and legally compliant.

- Recruitment experience, preferably in an NHS acute hospital setting or NHS organisation
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employment legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to suit different audiences
- Proficient with the Trac recruitment system
- Good IT skills including word, spreadsheet packages and reporting
- Customer focused and results driven
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, negotiation and influencing skills
- Good organisational skills
- Able to multi-task, prioritise workload, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to work without supervision and use own initiative
- Able to build and manage effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Able to work to targets, monitoring progress, identifying issues and taking steps to rectify any issues that arise
- Motivated to deliver a high-quality service, adhering to Trust values and goals
- Knowledge of immigration / visas in association with recruitment
