The role is to support the portfolio of homes within the South Wales. (Area 18 and Area 19) For you, that will mean running an entire home when a Home Manager is absent or we’re recruiting for a new one. And, whether you’re talking-upthe importance of safety and quality to your team, identifying and addressing where a home could be doing better or ensuring regulatory compliance standards, you’ll always have resident wellbeing in mind above anything else.

We’re looking for a care home experienced manager in working with vulnerable adults. Beyond that, it’s all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. So you’ll be conscientiously accurate in your record keeping, agreat time manager and highly organised. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind.
