We are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join our Lettings Team

Location - Sheffield /Chesterfield

Full time: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and every third Saturday 9am - 4pm

**You would be...**
- At the very forefront of our business, showcasing our brand and talking passionately about properties.
- Dealing with initial enquiries into lettings
- Developing new investor relationships and offering investment advice on where/what to buy
- Generating new business and supporting the team in carrying out market appraisals

**What you'll need...**
- Honesty, integrity and bags of confidence, delivering a gold standard service to every single client.
- Previous lettings experience is useful but not essential
- The ability to demonstrate excellent sales skills
- Great life skills and good general knowledge.
- To be just a really nice person, likeable and approachable, energetic and trustworthy
