**OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR THE UK'S FAVOURITE GLASS MANUFACTURER**

We are hiring for the position of Transport Administrator at our Scotland site located in Bellshill.
**Duties**:

- Management of all logistics paperwork.
- Working with the planning team to confirm and issue drivers run sheets, checking and scanning all returned delivery notes, drivers’ daily documentation.
- Checking all vehicles have been loaded, reporting any failures in transport and communicating plan of action to resolve.
- Updating the distribution tracking records (excel).

**Drivers**:

- Management of driver’s holidays, working with the Transport Compliance Manager to ensure all drivers tachograph requirements are met.

**Vehicles**:

- Maintaining the vehicle service schedule, ensuring all reported repairs are communicated to the compliance manager and booked for repair.

**Sub-Contractor**:

- Communicating bookings with sub-contractors.

**Stillages**:

- Managing stillage volumes in and out of the factory, updating stock levels and purchase orders.
- Ensuring drivers are completing iAuditor stillage tracking reports.
