The role of the Internal Sales Representative - Ventilation will involve:

- Internal sales position selling our clients distributed range of ventilation products, such as fans, grills and dampers
- Selling to HVAC contractors, M+E contractors and end users for projects within the residential and commercial sectors
- Supporting the Branch Manager with the day to day running of the branch and taking responsibility in their absence
- Answering calls and processing orders
- Producing quotations
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Dealing with all customers queries swiftly in a professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assist with the stock management for all projects
- Arranging deliveries ensuring they’re all accurately met on time
- Updating the in-house software system with all relevant information

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Representative - Ventilation with:

- Must have sales experience within the HVAC industry
- Must have strong pre-existing product knowledge
- Technically bias with a good understanding of the HVAC industry
- Autonomous approach
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident and outgoing with brilliant communication skills
- Diligent, trustworthy, honest and reliable
- Computer literate
