Sponmech are looking for an experienced powder coater/track loader to join our team.

Experience within a factory setting would be preferred.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hard-working individual to learn a new skill whilst working for an established company in a busy manufacturing environment.

Sponmech have two factories on site, and you’d be working in our powder coating unit with our friendly Powder Coating Manager and assembly team.

Your main duties will be:

- Material preparation
- Powder coating
- Operating the equipment needed to perform the job
- Track loading
- Assembly work
- Maintain & assist in keeping the factory and yard clean/tidy
- To meet all safety and quality standards
- General factory duties

Pay: from £12.50 depending on experience
Bonus: Company profit share scheme in place for employees after their 1st year of employment.

Expected hours: 40 per week
