The Hampson Beauty Group houses a collective of companies that all complement one another, with over 20 years experience in the beauty industry, we are now expanding and are looking for valued members to join our team and grow the companies further.

Based at our Head Office in Tonbridge, Kent, we are looking for a Front of House receptionist and office administrator.

This is an opportunity to be an essential part of our team and you will be undertaking a crucial role in the day to day running of the business. The successful applicant will be a highly organised individual with an attention to detail and excellent customer service and communication skills. **What you will do**:

- Greet and welcome visitors to the premises, including customers, tutors, students and models at the Academy. Making sure the relevant member of staff is informed of their arrival.
- To communicate and assist with all visitors and staff needs either on the phone or in the Academy and diverting to the correct extension line.
- Keeping record of staff and visitors signing in and out of the building.
- Maintaining a high-quality Customer Satisfaction by enforcing customer service standards, analysing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with.
- Answer incoming calls as quickly as possible.
- To document correctly appointments on the computer system, phone messages and model record cards.
- Ensure the front and rear entrances of the building are clean and clear of any obstructions.
- Report any telephone equipment and line faults to the IT department.
- Maintain general filing systems.
- Telephone and Face to face communication with customers, tutors, students, models and employees.
- Planning and coordinating or attending events and fairs to market opportunities to prospective Customers.
- Attending promotional events and exhibitions.
- Inputting Data.
- Organising tasks on the PC.
- Filing/photocopying.

- Have the ability to use your own initiative while completing tasks

**What you have**:

- Experience using Microsoft Office 365
- At least 1 year experience in customer service

**Job Types**: Part Time, Contract

Alternating rota:
Week A: Monday 10am
- 6pm, Tuesday 10am-6pm, Wednesday 10am-8pm

Week B: Thursday 10am-8pm, Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-6pm

We are giving 2 people the opportunity to alternating days during the week in the pattern of Week A and Week B

Total Hours per week: 23 hours

**Salary**: £11,362
